PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To ensure the cleanness of the store is carried out effectively, efficiently and speedy to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty and to increase frontline productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Grade 11 New Curriculum or Grade 12 Old Curriculum
• 1 Year experience in a retail environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure that goods are clean on the shop floor. 
• Ensure that there are always clean trolleys and baskets at the entrance for the customers to use.
• Handle customer queries with friendliness, honesty, accuracy and politeness.
• Ensure cleanliness of the store.
