PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To perform the overall operations within the Bakery Department by implementing the required standards and provide excellent customer service for the profitability of the Store.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• National Senior Level Certificate.
• 2 Year experience in a customer service and/or retail environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collect stock from the production area or cold room and pack it on shelves according to set standards.
• Continuously rotate stock and store it safely following the FIFO (First In, First Out) principle.
• Maintain cleanliness on display counters.
• Keep the cold rooms orderly on a daily basis.
• Place correct price stickers on products as per set standards.
• Update price stickers when prices change.
• Confirm that all products are scanning correctly.
