PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To perform the overall operations within the department by implementing the required standards and provide excellent customer service for the profitability of the store.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• National Senior Level Certificate.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collect, rotate, and pack stock on shelves from cold-rooms according to standards, ensuring FIFO principles and cleanliness.
• Keep cold-rooms organized and orderly daily, adhering to QDVP4 standards.
• Place, update, and verify price stickers and barcodes, ensuring accurate pricing and correct scanning at tills.
• Provide efficient service, assist with product inquiries, and maintain continuous product knowledge.
