To supervise the cold storage personnel and operations to ensure that the receiving, storing and issuing of frozen and fresh fish products are done in accordance with company rules and guidelines to ensure the smooth running of operations within the department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma OR Degree in storekeeping / warehousing, Supply chain or related qualification.
• 3 years’ experience as a storekeeper/ warehousing, preferably in a cold store environment .
• NSI Knowledge and SAP experience .  

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Oversee daily cold storage operations, including inventory management and stock rotation.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and temperature control to maintain product quality.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, assigning tasks and ensuring efficiency.
• Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, and food storage regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and storage facilities.
• Prepare reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and operational performance.
• Collaborate with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
