About the Role
Mach 10 (Pty) Ltd is seeking a passionate and service-oriented EUC Engineer (L1) to join our Digital Workplace Department. This entry-level role is ideal for a technically driven individual eager to build a solid foundation in IT support. You will provide frontline assistance to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure the smooth daily operation of our IT environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- National Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology (or currently studying towards one).
- 0–2 years of IT support experience (internship or entry-level exposure acceptable).
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Advantageous: Microsoft certifications (MD-100, MS-900) and ITIL Foundations.

- Willingness to learn and grow into higher-level EUC roles.
- Proactive, dependable, and team-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for end-user devices (laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals).
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and collaboration tools.
- Assist with user account management in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Support software installations, updates, and patching.
- Perform maintenance and monitoring of endpoint devices.
- Log and track service requests through the IT service desk system.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical issues.
