PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Assist the Crane Operator in the safe and correct discharging of all vessels by giving the correct hand signals

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Fluent in English.
• One years’ experience in Fuelling Industry.
• One year Diesel Supplying and IFO Supplying and necessary Safety Training

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide Customer Service and assistance to vessels and officers
• Clean the vessels and supply the bins and ice to proceed back to sea
• Perform regular general clean-up/maintenance of IFO Plant and Store.
• Store fuel hoses properly when not in use.
• Use either control mechanisms or direct physical activity to operate machines or processes
• Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as information filing and processing paperwork
