PURPOSE
To create a unique, enjoyable, and inspiring shopping experience by engaging customers, promoting loyalty, and ensuring store standards and brand values are consistently delivered across every customer interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- National Diploma or relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail or customer service
- Experience in customer engagement, sales, or service-focused roles
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience & Engagement
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a friendly and engaging shopping experience
- Actively engage customers to understand needs and provide solutions
- Promote loyalty programmes, promotions, and store events
Service Excellence
- Deliver outstanding service throughout the customer journey
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Support and coach staff on customer service standards
Brand Representation
- Represent the Model brand and values at all times
- Ensure store presentation and standards are consistently maintained
- Provide feedback to management on customer experience and brand perception
Sales Support & Product Knowledge
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively
- Promote products and contribute to achieving sales targets
- Support stock availability and merchandising where required
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with store teams to create a positive and productive environment
- Participate in team initiatives to improve service and operations
Additional Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
