PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To provide Human Capital Coordination and administration services, involving a wide range of support activities within and towards the Human Capital Department and to internal as we as the external stakeholders.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

  • National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource administration.
  • Knowledge of Namibia Labour Law & HR related legislation.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and proficiency in MS Office applications.
 
 

 

 

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Liaise with all benefit providers regarding registration, termination, or outstanding information.
  • Ensure compliance of pension and Social Security regulations.
  • Collaborate with Clinic, Finance, and Insurers to coordinate and execute the disability process, by submitting claims, liaising with employee regarding additionally required documents, and tracking process to completion.
  • Obrain information from clinic regarding injuries on duty and ensure that ECA claims are submitted to insurers and tracked to completion.
  • Investigate and rectify variances of employees’ data on the HRIS and gather any relevant information and assist with monthly Human resource reports.
  • Assist with Human resource initiatives relating to different Human Capital functions.
