PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Capital Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in executing and implementing HR policies, talent management strategies to support business growth as well as leading  employee engagement initiatives .  

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Degree in Human Resources Management/Industrial Psychology/Organizational Development or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years in HR Generalist role.
  • Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals.
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Support performance management, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, and change management.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best HR practices.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement learning and development programs.
