LOCATION : WALVISBAY 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Effectively and efficiently co-ordinates various duties within the Sales department, whilst maintaining relationships through client-focused communication, in support of smooth-running operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Diploma in Sales and/Marketing or Logistics and/Supply Chain.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales and/or Logistics environment.
• Knowledge/experience of basic accounting principles and handling of debtors/creditors accounts.

• Experience in the Fishing Industry within the Sales/Trading environment OR Cold Chain and/or FMCG environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for full freight management of all export and local shipments, including all administrative duties/ documentation required for same.
• Build and maintain external and internal stakeholder relationships.
• Responsible for stock sales, including administration of same.
• Responsible for the financial flow of shipments (PR/PO, GRIR, etc.), including adherence to internal financial procedures and debtors’ management.
