PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To Maintain, repair and install Machinery and Mechanical systems in the Factory. To ensure equipment runs smoothly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• L3 Qualified Artisan (Millwright).
• Min 3 years Electrical & Mechanical Experience in a food Processing factory.
• Knowledge in MS Office Suit
• Ability to read & write electrical/ Mechanical Drawings

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for electrical and mechanical maintenance in utility, facility, and cold store areas.
• Perform electrical/mechanical preventative scheduled maintenance.
• Attend to breakdowns of all electrical/mechanical equipment on Day or night shift.
• Perform correct fault finding in all processing areas.
• Test equipment before handover to process owners.
• Execute general repair\unplanned duties as required.
• Assist with Improvement projects by carrying out new projects /   equipment before handover to process owners
• Perform administrative duties related to job.
• Spare parts sourcing and control.
• Compliance and adherence to Health, Safety and Quality
