Purpose of the Position:
Performs a variety of administrative tasks or the quality department.
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Grade 12
- Added Advantage: Certificate in office administration
- Minumum 2 years’ experience in an administrative function and/or quality environment
- Must be computer literate
- Added Advantage: SAP Knowledge, FMCG experience
Key Responsibilities:
Product Specification: Capture, maintain and update product specifications. Maintain specifications registers and document control. Responsible for version management and traceability of product specifications. Ensure product specifications align with approved standards requirements. Upload and maintain product specifications in the Quality Management System. Coordinate approvals and signoffs of product specifications.
