LOCATION: WALVIS BAY 

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION 

To maintain and repair all refrigeration equipment, Ice plant and air conditioners. Continuously improve the process and equipment performance to ensure the smooth running of operations within the department. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Recognized Trade Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Level 3.

• Minimum 2 years Refrigeration Maintenance experience on an Industrial Ammonia plant.

• Previous trade experience will be an added advantage 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Perform maintenance operations and repair equipment in all Refrigeration plants and Ice Plant. 

• Maintain and repair all freezing and skinning equipment on site.

• Perform mechanical breakdown maintenance in the Refrigeration department.

• Replace or overhaul any parts required to ensure that refrigeration plant runs at maximum efficiency
