Purpose of the Position:
The Remuneration Manager is responsible for the management of the Company's payroll division, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time while complying with relevant laws and company policies and procedures.
Qualification and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Human Resources
- 6 Years’ experience in a Payroll and/ or Human Capital environment
- Valid drivers license
- Excellent Knowledge on Labour Act Regulations and Payroll Policies and best practices
Key responsibilities:
Payroll Processing - Manage the entire end-to-end payroll process, including gathering and verifying employee data and processing it accurately in the payroll system.
Compliance - Ensure compliance to relevant Labour Act, Tax Act, and Company policies and procedures. Submit 3rd Party payments accurately and on time as per the relevant regulations.
Record-Keeping - Maintain accurate payroll information in the HRIS and SAP and organised records for audit purposes.
Benefits Administration - Manage and administer all employee benefits program.
Reporting - Prepare and deliver reports on employee data for budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making purposes
Employee Enquiries - Handling all employee enquiries related to payroll, tax deductions, benefits, etc.
Audits & Internal Controls - Implement internal controls to safe guard against fraud and errors in the payroll process. Coordinate and participate in payroll audits, both internally and externally.
