PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To sell, restock, and merchandise products both in the Fish Shop and to external parties when assisting with road sales. Provide high class customer service and increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization throughout Namibia.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

  • Grade 12
  • At least 3 to 5year’s sales experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
  • Added advantage valid CE license with PDP.
  • Added advantage working in the FMCG industry.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

  • Develop trade route throughout Namibia based on sale points dictated by Trading Manager/Assistant Trade and/or Sales Representative and communicate to Truck driver.
  • Assist manager with sourcing of products to match customer needs.
  • Build, update and maintain customer database based on customer information gathered.
  • Ensure updated pricelist is obtained and distributed at all times.
  • Handle cash effectively and safely.
  • Ensure minimum stock levels in truck.
  • Maintain safety standards at all times, adhere to safety rules and regulations.
