PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To support and strengthen brand presence by coordinating brand activities and executing comprehensive marketing, digital and brand communication strategies.
This role ensures consistent messaging, enhances brand visibility and drives engagement across multiple platforms through effective communication and digital marketing efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Diploma in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of brand marketing experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) with a preference for experience in Meta,LinkedIn, Google as well as online social media management tools.
- Strong understanding of social media, online trends with experience using social media software tools.
- Must pay attention to detail and operate in a high volume fast speed environment.
- Understanding of public relations and marketing concepts and best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a client campaign/broadsheet tracker.
- Brief and manage all client campaigns and broadsheets across all channels.
- Drive ongoing brand and communications strategies in collaboration with the brand manager to create compelling brand campaigns.
- Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all platforms and materials.
- Monitor brand representation in media and marketing collateral to maintain brand integrity.
- Develop and implement social media and digital campaigns across various platforms to promote brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage social media accounts, including content posting, scheduling and social listening.
- Track media coverage and PR metrics, using social listening tools and website analytics.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics to identify improvement areas and make data-driven decisions.
- Support the client marketing team through engagement with key stakeholders, media and other key contacts.
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the brand team.
- Schedule and coordinate alignment check-ins to keep stakeholders updated on campaign priorities.
- Maintain a tracker for campaign deliverables, milestones and approvals to prevent delays.
- Collate basic post-campaign data and assist in compiling internal performance reports.
- Draft clear and concise creative briefs for the studio and stay updated on digital platform specifications.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and conduct trend research to support relevant content development.
- Collect and consolidate required assets from relevant departments in a timely and organised manner.
- Develop and maintain an easily accessible asset library for internal agency use and cross departmental sharing.
- Document key processes, supplier contacts and campaign summaries for future reference.
