PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To lead the growth and positioning of Hartlief’s brand portfolio through strategic, insight-led, and results-driven marketing initiatives. The Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and executing brand strategies that build long-term equity, drive profitable growth, and elevate the brand experience across all consumer touchpoints.

 

KEY JOB OUTPUTS:

  • Own and drive brand profitability by delivering on budgets, volume targets, brand awareness, and adoption goals.
  • Develop and implement annual brand and marketing plans based on consumer insights, competitive dynamics, and business objectives.
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from concept to post-analysis, ensuring excellence and consistency across all platforms.
  • Champion consumer and market insight, identifying key trends, opportunities, and strategic growth areas.
  • Manage and monitor brand budgets and cost centres, ensuring maximum ROI and fiscal discipline.
  • Oversee all marketing assets and materials, ensuring premium presentation and alignment with brand identity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Innovation, and Supply Chain to ensure brand strategies translate into commercial success.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creative agencies, media partners, and key internal stakeholders to drive impactful brand storytelling.
  • Lead subordinates by setting and monitoring KPIs, ensuring high performance, enforcing discipline and driving staff development.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

  • B Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 6 years’ experience managing brands 
  • Minimum 2 years' experience on Supervisory Level
  • Code B Driver’s license
  • Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies with measurable results
  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills
  • PowerBI knowledge would be added advantage
