PURPOSE OF POSITION

The core purpose to support and optimise the O&L Group’s SAP, Microsoft, and third-party business application landscape. This role focuses on ensuring system performance, security, and reliability while driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organisation’s IT environment.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 3-year BTech or BSc Degree in Information Technology.
• At least 2 years’ experience in IT System Administration within a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server Administration.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Advantageous

• SAP Basis Administration (NetWeaver on Windows / Oracle / MS SQL).
• SAP Security & Authorisations.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Office 365, Oracle RDBMS, and software development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SAP Infrastructure Support

• Ensure availability, performance, and security of SAP (ERP, EWM, Fiori, Solution Manager) environments.
• Provide SAP Basis and authorisation support, including user and role management.
• Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with functional teams and service providers to resolve complex issues.
• Support reporting, capacity planning, and adherence to IT governance standards.

Microsoft Business & Office Infrastructure

• Administer and support Microsoft applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal disruption.
• Manage user access and enforce security protocols.
• Lead and support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and governance frameworks.

Third-Party Applications & Integrations

• Support and optimise third-party applications and system integrations.
• Provide high-level technical support, including upgrades and maintenance.
• Resolve complex issues and coordinate with service providers.
• Drive system improvements and technology adoption initiatives.
• Ensure governance, security, and compliance across all platforms.
