PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To efficiently produce quality bakery products of all sorts on time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent.
• 2 Years’ experience in a confectionery or bakery environment.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Responsible for receiving orders from customer.
• Ensuring that orders are entered onto the confectionery sheet.
• Responsible for stock take on allocated counters before shop opens.
• To strictly follow recipes.
• Responsible for using correct yield weight and scaling weight.
• To perform stock rotation in accordance with the FIFO principle.
• Complying with the health and safety regulations of the bakery department.

SKILL & ATTRIBUTES

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Planning and organising capabilities.
• Must be proactively creative.
• Ability to see through tasks as per the required standards.
