PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

This position exists to support Model`s purpose by providing data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions, foster innovation, and improve business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis, market research, sales reporting, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Valid Code 08 Driver’s Licence.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Data Collection & Management

• Gather data from surveys, databases, and industry reports.
• Maintain pricing, sales volume, and promotional effectiveness databases.
• Support the integration and updating of Power BI dashboards.
• Validate accuracy and consistency of product and market performance data.

Data Analysis & Interpretation

• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and insights.
• Use statistical tools and data visualisation platforms to present findings.
• Build forecasting models to predict outcomes.
• Conduct market trend and competitor price analysis across categories and regions.
• Evaluate consumer price perceptions and elasticity to guide pricing strategy.

Reporting & Communication

• Compile reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Present insights clearly to leadership teams to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed insights into strategies.

 Innovation & Process Improvement

• Stay updated on new analytical methodologies and trends.
• Recommend new tools and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities.
• Improve data collection and analysis processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Champion automation and dashboard standardisation (sales tracking, pricing evolution, market share).
