PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: 

   

To plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies and campaigns to grow O&L Leisure's market share. Manage and drive the full scope of Digital Marketing, including Customer Relationship Management, by becoming an invaluable resource to O&L Leisure through strategy input for all properties.                                                                                       

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, human sciences, communication or related fields
  • A minimum of 5 years working in the same/similar position or environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
  • Experience in Web analytics (e.g. Web Trends)
  • Experience with: Database Management (MYSQL), Online CMS, Digital Platforms and Tools and familiar with Social Media practices.
  • Writing/content generation models and options
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing campaigns, data, analyzing and presenting in understandable terms; delivering digital marketing solutions.
  • Strategic alignment and management of all Brand Ambassadors.
  • Valid driver’s license

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned to the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Gain consumer and marketing insights through research and application of the latest digital trends, digital and mobile marketing and promotional activity that provide both a highly professional and online presence and strong sales mechanism.
  • Implement digital marketing campaigns, apps, online advertising and promotional strategies. SEO and SEM basic knowledge required.
  • Monitor and update all digital marketing material and listings.                                                            
  • Ensure timely delivery of pre, during and post digital campaign reports and accurate archiving for the ongoing use of the brand.                                                                               
  • Onboard and manage content and strategic campaigns for Brand Ambassadors, Influencers and campaigns.                                                                                
  • Ongoing strategic data compilation and management of consumer data, profiling and insights.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments in Digital Marketing, and ensure they are rolled out to the various teams and relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with the conceptualization and curation of content.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
