PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:  

To oversee the loading and delivery processes, including document and stock management and control, and to manage the Distribution  related operational systems.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

A Bachelors degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain Management

Grade 12

3 years of relevant working experience in logistics or distribution.

Knowledge of MS Office, SAP systems, and customer service.

Valid Code B Driver’s License.

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:

• Schedule trucks and delivery teams.
• Brief drivers on departure times, special instructions, and documentation.
• Track loads, handle queries, and ensure cold chain compliance.
• Manage PODs (Proof of Deliveries), returns, and customer engagements.
• Maintain route master data, delivery sequences, and team records in SAP and Webfleet.
• Act as the first point of contact for drivers and coordinate with Sales Supervisors.
• Recover administrative documents from customers (GRVs, PODs, Claims).
• Manage trip sheets, invoices, and customer master data within SAP.
• Reallocate orders and ensure data accuracy for delivery performance.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on logistics performance.
• Support health and safety, SOP adherence, and continuous improvement.
