PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To perform the overall sale operations within the department by implementing the required standards and provide excellent customer service for the profitability of the store.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· National Senior Level Certificate.
ADVANTAGEOUS
· 1-to-2 years customer service and retail experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Collect stock from the storerooms/ warehouse and pack on shelves according to set standards.
- Rotate stock continuously and store it safely according to FIFO principle.
- Update price stickers when the prices are changed.
- Check and confirm that all barcodes for the different products are scanning at the tills.
- Assist customers with enquiries and queries on stock and application/use of products and prices.
- Prepare and attend to stock take as scheduled.
