 PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To control the overall operation of the Hot Pot department by producing fresh and quality products, maintain hygiene and food safety standards and promote excellent customer service in order to achieve profitability.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Grade 12 Certificate
• 3 years’ experience in a Hot Pot department, with exposure to some Supervisory responsibilities.   
• SAP Knowledge, Receiving procedure will be an added advantage.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Achieve monthly budgeted turnover results for the department.
• Implement proper control mechanism in order to achieve budgeted shrinkage and waste targets.
• Maintain the budgeted Departmental Gross Profit.
• Responsible for the effective preparation for the stock take.
• Sort out stock take variances.
• Control stock levels.
• Submit orders to the Manager and receive stock on time.
• Maintain range availability through effective customer analysis trends as well as proper planning.
• Prepare and timeously present all specialities and display in an attractive manner.
• Prepare customers’ orders timeously.
• Accountable for the production schedules and determine volumes required.
