PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To produce a variety of quality and fresh Hot Pot Specialties by consistently following recipes and to perform the overall operations within the department by implementing the required standards and provide excellent customer service for the profitability of the Store.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• National Senior Level Certificate.
• At least 2 years’ experience in retail or food handling.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Prepare and timeously display food items in an attractive manner.
• Attend to customers’ orders timeously and assist customers with queries.
• Produce the Hot Pot products to meet the demand.
• Maintain cleanliness of displays.
• Prepare and attend the scheduled stock takes.
