PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Human Capital Administrator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Human Capital department. This role plays a key part in supporting employees across a range of Human Capital (HC) functions including recruitment, HR systems (SAP SF & Jarrison), payroll administration, benefits coordination, onboarding, employee data management, and project logistics.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
• Minimum Grade 12 Plus Higher Certificate
• Diploma in Human Resource Management
• Minimum 2 years general HR Administration Experience
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Jarrison or similar HR systems preferred.
KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:
• Assist employees with recruitment and leave application processes on SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF).
• Support employees in resetting passwords and accessing their personal SAP SF profiles.
• Guide employees in updating their personal profiles and submitting vacancy applications on SAP SF.
• Capture employee data on SAP SF and upload supporting documents to DocuCentre on SAP SF, maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Enroll new employees on the Jarrison System for attendance and clocking purposes.
• Receive and submit accurate applications for:
- Medical aid
- Retirement fund
- Maternity and sick leave
- Social security registration
- Staff loans and salary advances
- Pension withdrawals
- Nammic loan applications
• Process MTC cellphone contract tasks including new applications, renewals, terminations, contract transfers, sim card replacements, additional data requests and general queries.
• Assist the HR department with the accurate completion of all payroll related forms as well filing of employee and payroll-related documents, ensuring data protection and confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support throughout the recruitment process alongside HC Practitioners.
• Coordinate and assist with employee induction and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate and facilitate the application process for work visas and permits for applicable employees and service providers/contractors/consultants, etc.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for HR/OD/EE and Employer of Choice projects, including planning and road show coordination.
• Coordinate travel, accommodation, and related logistics for the department (obtaining quotes, submitting PRs, etc.).
• Perform general office administration duties for the Human Capital team as and when required.
• Manage all IOD cases according to the IOD Procedure from start to finish. Manage documentation process and ensure line managers comply with procedures for reporting, submitting claims, and updating payroll/leave records.
