PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

 

 

To lead and manage OL Leisure's information systems and digital solutions, ensuring hospitality operations are effectively supported, optimized, and continuously innovated—while remaining fully aligned with OL Group IT strategy, governance, and standards.

While reporting directly within the OL Leisure structure, the role maintains a dotted-line relationship with Group IT to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, technology governance, and the broader O&L Group digital strategy.

The role holds overall responsibility for the performance, reliability, and strategic evolution of OL Leisure's technology platforms, systems integrations, and supplier ecosystem.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • A 4-year formal qualification in Business Process Management including Information Systems and Technology.
  • Five-Ten (5-10) years relevant Information Systems / Enterprise Application experience in a corporate environment.
  • Three (3) years Leadership experience.
  • Experience in hospitality systems (PMS, booking platforms) strongly preferred.

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Lead and manage O&L Leisure’s information systems, enterprise applications and digital solutions.
  • Ensure the performance, reliability and continuous improvement of key hospitality technology platforms, including PMS, booking platforms and POS systems.
  • Drive systems integration, data flows and connectivity between business applications.
  • Translate business and operational requirements into practical, value-driven technology solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve processes, efficiency and the guest and employee experience.
  • Ensure technology solutions remain aligned with O&L Group IT governance, architecture, cybersecurity and technology standards.
  • Manage the IT supplier and service-provider ecosystem, including vendor performance, contracts and negotiations.
  • Partner with operational and business leaders to understand technology needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Provide leadership, direction and support to technology-related initiatives and projects.
  • Proactively identify and resolve technology challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Contribute to the strategic evolution and digital transformation of O&L Leisure.
