PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To ensure that all ordered products and stock are correctly received and dispatched to and from the suppliers.
- Grade 11 New Curriculum or Grade 12 Old Curriculum
- 1 Year experience in a similar or related environment
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Working knowledge of inventory management and ARCH experience.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Manage and monitor the stock levels on the floor and in the warehouse.
- Order stock from suppliers.
- Ensure all deliveries are confirmed.
- Record and report all instances of on-shelf out-of-stocks.
- Ensure cyclical stock counts are properly planned and delivered.
- Ensure all reporting disciplines and procedures are adhered to.
- Resolve all inventory discrepancies.
- Accurate and methodical stock counting.
