PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
To perform administrative and clerical duties by capturing, generating, allocating and invoicing to make sure that all received orders are captured and processed for payment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
• Grade 12, with 1- 2 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge of cold chain in FMCG environment
• MS Office, Intermediate computer literacy skills, SAP, Distribution knowledge
KEY JOB OUTPUTS:
- Process invoices as per orders received according to order sheets
- Ensure correct products are in the order sheet received
- Ensure the customer name is written on the box
- Ensure the correct amount of boxes accompany each invoice
- Check that the order is correct as per invoice
- Ensure that the computer is functioning properly
- Report any defaults on computer or scale to the IT team or Technical department
- Responsible for general administration in and around order processing
- Ensure all invoices are sent to the relevant team and filed
- Assist with stock take when it is required.
- Follow Health and Safety procedures and report safety incidents to the Manager immediately.
- Adhere to the Health and Safety and Environmental policies of the company.
