PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: 

This position exists to support O&L’s purpose by providing data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions, foster innovation, and improve business performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, market research, or a related field.
• A valid code 08 driver’s license.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Data Collection and Management

• Gather data from primary and secondary sources, including surveys, databases, and industry reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through thorough verification and validation processes.
• Maintain and update databases with relevant information for ongoing analysis.

Data Analysis and Interpretation

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Use statistical software and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
• Develop and apply models to forecast future trends and outcomes.

Reporting and Communication

• Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate research findings and recommendations.
• Present data insights to business units in a clear and compelling way, to drive informed business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into strategic planning.

Innovation & Process Improvement

• Stay current with industry trends, research methodologies, and data analysis techniques.
• Identify and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance research and analysis capabilities.
• Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
