PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

  

Responsible for fostering strong tenant relationships, supporting tenant success, and creating memorable, seamless experiences for shoppers that drive foot traffic, dwell time, and overall satisfaction. This role serves as the bridge between mall management, tenants, and shoppers, ensuring a vibrant, engaging, and profitable shopping environment.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in retail, property management, hospitality, or customer experience roles.

Marketing experience is a requirement.

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 

Serve as the primary contact for tenants and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication, support, and engagement.

Ensure all tenants meet operational, visual, and trading‑hour standards, including shops, pop-ups, promotions, and mobile booths.

Oversee and improve the end-to-end shopper journey, ensuring ambiance, cleanliness, signage, safety, and service excellence.

Log, track, analyze, and resolve shopper complaints and feedback, maintaining a professional database for trends and reporting.

Plan and coordinate events, activations, and shopper engagement programs in collaboration with management and marketing partners.

Promote mall activities and tenants on social platforms, track engagement, manage comments in consultation with management, and ensure timely updates (including new tenant announcements).

Maintain and update all websites related to the company’s managed properties to ensure accurate, current, and engaging content.

Monitor key KPIs (tenant satisfaction, shopper engagement, foot traffic, event ROI) and present insights to management monthly.

Use insights, trends, and global mall benchmarks to identify areas for operational or experiential improvement.

Work closely with leasing, marketing, operations, facilities, and security to deliver seamless experiences for both tenants and shoppers.
