Purpose of the Position

To provide comprehensive administrative, creative production, digital, and operational support to the Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and Marketing Co-ordinator. Ensures fast, accurate turnaround of content, store materials, communications, reporting, and day-to-day marketing tasks.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma in Marketing.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing environment.
• Digital literacy and familiarity with social media and e‑commerce environments.
• Code B driver’s licence.
• Computer literate (MS Office).
  
  

Advantageous

• FMCG or retail marketing experience.

• SAP/ARCH system experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Food retail/FMCG product knowledge.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with content creation, store materials, POS, and digital content.
• Provide operational support to stores, including audits and ticketing assistance.
• Assist with customer care handling, reporting, and communication.
• Support social media, e‑commerce platforms, and digital engagement activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.
