PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To coordinate input to the Marketing strategy and drive the execution thereof by promoting the Model brand to become the most favourable retailer. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree, in Marketing
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Update and coordinate the trade, brand & customer plans.
• Assist Marketing Manager with the briefing process of the consumer research and draw up action plans.
• Manage the Corporate Identity (CI) through applying Brand standards, specifications & adherence to CI guideline of the Model Brand for both Model and Model Express (Brand POS equipment, logos, names, strapline, etc.)
• Communicate to the agencies (service provider) on the various brand activities and requirements.
• Review and execute of Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Manage the marketing budget.
• Prepare and provide monthly departmental reports to SLT.
• Manage all sponsorships and the branding execution of these sponsorships.

• Coordinate and support with setting up a clear Communication strategy in line with Model’s Corporate Identity Follow up on price discrepancies and take corrective action            

• Maintaining and updating information on the Model website.

• Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites such as Instagram, X and Facebook.                                                 
• Plan and coordinate all Model events.
• Promote SME support and listing with Model, through public relations.
