Job Title: Media Coordinator
Reports to: Integrated Media Manager

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Integrated Media Coordinator supports the Integrated Media Manager in planning, executing and monitoring digital and traditional media campaigns. This role manages the day-to-day coordination, scheduling, tracking and reporting of media activities to ensure campaigns run smoothly, deadlines are met and performance insights are delivered.
The coordinator acts as a core operational link between vendors, internal teams and the Integrated Media Manager, ensuring seamless execution and consistent quality across all media touchpoints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Media Planning Support
- Assist in gathering audience insights, competitor data and media landscape inputs for strategic planning.
- Compile research, rate cards and platform opportunities for review.
- Support the Integrated Media Manager with drafting media flowplans and budgets.
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Prepare and submit booking requests to media vendors across radio, print, TV, OOH and digital.
- Coordinate campaign materials and ensure all assets meet platform and vendor specifications.
- Update media schedules, flighting calendars and budget trackers.
- Monitor campaign delivery daily and flag pacing, performance or material issues proactively.
- Assist with uploading, trafficking and QA of digital campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms (under supervision).
Reporting & Analytics
- Extract performance data from digital platforms and vendor reports.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports with accurate metrics, screenshots and commentary.
- Assist in preparing presentations for internal teams and clients.
- Track KPIs and highlight trends, anomalies and opportunities for optimisation.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a daily point of coordination with media owners for schedules, material deadlines and delivery confirmations.
- Request rates, availability, specs and value-add options from vendors.
- Maintain organised communication logs, version tracking and records.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Prepare POs, quotations, reconciliations and supporting documents.
- Maintain centralised campaign folders, asset libraries and workflow documents.
- Help implement and maintain process documentation for planning, approvals and reporting.
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all media-related administration.
Industry & Tools
- Stay up to date with platform changes, new ad formats and market trends.
- Assist with exploring innovative media opportunities and emerging channels.
- Support the Integrated Media Manager and intern with tool training or process updates.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital or traditional media execution, coordination or campaign support.
- Basic understanding of media metrics, campaign structures and digital platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
