PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:  

The incumbent will be responsible for merchandising the full range of Namibia Dairies products in his specific area to ensure that products are always readily available. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Grade 12 certificate, 1 years’ experience in an FMCG environment.

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure that point of sale material is up to date, neat, clean and prominent.
• Checks that displays are well exposed, neat and maintained.

• Maintain QDVP4 Plus standards daily.
• Execute continuous stock rotation (FIFO) and keep ullages to agreed minimum.
• Ensure that ullages and quality claims are uplifted weekly.
• Ensure ullages and quality claims are captured separately.

• Assist the Sales Representative with ordering of products from client to depot at schedules times.
• Ensure that PPE is worn at all times.
• Be presentable by ensuring that company uniform is worn at all times.
• Provide a friendly customer service when required
