PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:  


To measure and mix ingredients according to the production reservations and ensure that the right volumes of ingredients are issued to production at the right time, in order to fulfil the daily production requirements/plan.  


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


•    Grade 12 
•    1 year relevant Warehouse experience 
•    Knowledge of FIFO, HACCP and GMP


KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:


•    Accurately mix raw material and issue to Production 
•    Perform stock count of ingredients and complete stock aging report weekly 
•    Complete the base mixing form in accordance to ISO 
•    Monitor and report stock levels in Mixing Room to Manager Warehouse 
•    Check that all batches of ingredients are accompanied by a completed batch form for traceability. 
•    Ensure that all mixed ingredients have a goods issue note before they are released to production.  
•    Perform weekly stock takes as and when required or requested by Manager Warehouse for signing.
•    Check that the Incoming Inspection Coordinator has measured the temperature loggers at raw material containers.
•    Remove any damaged stock and report to Incoming Supply Coordinator and Manager Warehouse
