Mach 10 (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled Network Integration Engineer (L3) to join our dynamic Network Integration Department. This is a senior-level role requiring deep technical expertise, strong project leadership skills, and a proven track record in enterprise IT environments.

Requirements

Education & Certifications

• National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related.
• Required: Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
• Advantageous: Cisco Specialist/CCIE, Fortinet NSE, and/or Juniper

Experience

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in networking and systems integration.
• Strong Cisco routing/switching and firewall experience (ASA, Firepower).
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, VPNs, NAC, and cloud/network security principles.
• Experience in ISE (Identity Services Engine) environment will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise-grade networking solutions (LAN, WAN, Wireless, and Security).
• Lead complex integration and migration projects with minimal supervision.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and 3rd-line support.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Monitor, maintain, and improve network performance, availability, and security.
• Document all changes, configurations, and project outcomes.

Key Competencies

• Expert understanding of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, QoS, VLANs, etc.).
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A drive for continuous learning and certification.
