PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

 

To design and execute Human Capital programs, aligned to the O&L Group Organisational Development, Talent and Learning and Development Strategies, in O&L Leisure to support business developments and promote engaging people experiences.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources management
  • At least 6 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, human capital or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of talent management practices, performance management systems, and employee development strategies.
  • Experience in developing talent for critical positions through targeted career development.
  • High propensity for change and a natural inclination to help drive and manage change in the organisation.
  • Good understanding of Affirmative Action Act 1998 & Labour Act 2007
  • Proficiency in MS Office advanced level
  • Driver's license

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Support and implement the company’s Human Capital Strategy.
  • Align and execute OD & Talent strategies with company goals.
  • Plan workforce needs, assess gaps, and recommend solutions.
  • Ensure effective organizational structuring and data accuracy.
  • Assist with manpower planning and budgeting.
  • Develop and maintain job profiles and evaluations.
  • Recruit and onboard top talent aligned with company culture.
  • Drive talent management and succession planning.
  • Implement and oversee performance management processes.
  • Lead and execute organizational development projects.
  • Compile and submit a three-year AA Plan, ensuring alignment with legislative requirements, business strategy, and workforce planning objectives.
  • Submission of annual AA report
  • Develop frameworks to facilitate learning and development interventions, including a comprehensive training plan and budget, in collaboration with the L&D Practitioner.
  • Provide the business with reports on workforce, talent, and OD initiatives.
  • Supervise and support team members.
