PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:  


Pick stock in line with production reservations and issues it to production in adherence to FIFO with a goods issue note. 


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:


•    Grade 12 
•    1 Year relevant warehouse experience
•    Knowledge of Operating and maintaining forklift


KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:


•    Receive stock from truck with forklift  
•    Change balance stock received against the invoice 
•    Check expiry dates and report to Team Leader Warehouse 
•    Report expired and damaged products from supplier to the Incoming Inspection Coordinator and Officer Goods Receiving 
•    Pack stock into the Warehouse accordingly to FIFO and FIFO throughout stock rotation 
•    Load empty blue drums on the truck and write out claim for the drums and pallets 
•    Submit claim to Team Leader Warehouse, receive invoice for the border and issue to Truck driver
•    Pick stock from reservation and supply to production with a goods issue note 
•    Verify stock expiry dates before issuing to production 
•    Monitoring stock expiry date throughout  
•    Count stock weekly and record information on the stock count sheet 
•    Submit a Stock Ageing report to Inventory Officer
