PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To produce a variety of quality and fresh bread specialties by consistently following production recipes to meet customer needs and achieve profitability.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- National Senior Level Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years Bakery / Retail experience.
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Diploma / Course in Bakery will be an added advantage.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Produce a variety of baked products with the desired quality, consistency and dedication.
- Maintain weight control and product quality during production of goods, by taking correct and accurate measurements.
- Attend to customer orders on time.
- Rotate stock continuously and store it safely according to FIFO principle.
- Maintain housekeeping and food safety standards and comply with the health and safety regulations of the bakery department.
