PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:  

 

To support the sales team in achieving revenue and occupancy goals by developing new business, negotiating contracts, and maintaining good relations with actual client to meet and exceed the targets set for the O&L Leisure Hotels.      

                                                                                                                                                                  

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business Administration/Management or Hospitality Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, particularly within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in sales and customer relationship management software. (Opera & Sales Force)
  • Computer literate (MS Office & Systems)
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and market dynamics

                

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Monitor and track sales leads, follow up on inquiries, and update sales pipelines.              
  • Ensure all reservations, amendments, cancellations are processed accurately and in writing.                                                                             
  • Proactively drive tele sales seeking out new business opportunities.   
  • Continuously update databases.
  • Prepare Sales/Presentation Kits.                                                                                      
  • Collect and distribute weekly reports.
  • Update and maintain account files.                                                                                
  • Maintain all sufficient stock levels of sales tools.                                                                                    
  • Operate Salesforce Program in terms of registration of users, reporting and updating of data.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with Senior Sales Executives and Revenue & Yield Manager.                
  • Collaborate with other departments like marketing, reservations, and guest services to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Identify, record, and manage industry specific tender opportunities and applications relevant to Hospitality and Leisure.
