PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:   

  

The E-Commerce Executive supports the digital revenue strategy by managing online distribution, ensuring rate and content accuracy, optimizing channel performance, and creating meaningful revenue and parity reports to support strategic decision-making. This role strengthens the business’s digital footprint and contributes directly to revenue growth.        

                             

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Economics, Business Management, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce role.
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, CRM, SEO/SEM, Analytics, CMS, or Web Technologies are highly advantageous.
  • Experience with OPERA, Profitroom, CRM systems, and digital performance platforms will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in e-commerce, revenue management, channel management, or business analytics.
  • Valid driver’s license.

 

ADDED ADVANTAGES – PROFICIENCY & EXPERIENCE IN:

 

  • Hospitality & Tourism industry background.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.
  • Managing OTA extranets and supporting promotional planning.
  • Digital analytics tracking.

 

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

  • Implement and support O&L Leisure’s E-commerce strategy across all online platforms.
  • Lead and manage the customer online journey, including Brand.com, Profitroom, OTAs, and Opera.
  • Identify trends and optimize campaign performance through testing and data-driven insights.
  • Support the Marketing & Sales Manager with projects to improve operational and team performance.
  • Monitor daily booking performance across direct and OTA channels, support dynamic pricing decisions, and evaluate promotional and campaign results to improve revenue.
  • Manage rate plans, availability, restrictions, and inventory on OTA platforms ensuring accurate setup and timely updates across all systems.
  • Conduct daily rate parity checks, investigate undercutting or discrepancies, coordinate corrective actions with OTAs, and maintain detailed parity logs.
  • Oversee OTA and channel management, including uploading offers, promotions, and packages, maintaining accurate mapping, and ensuring smooth synchronization between PMS/ Channel Manager.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent online content, including descriptions, images, amenities, and policies, with regular audits for brand and compliance standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting, including automated dashboards, data consolidation, campaign/ROI analysis, trend insights, forecast support, and clear reporting templates.
  • Conduct competitor price analysis and channel performance reviews, providing insights for revenue meetings, strategic planning, and continuous performance improvement.
