PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:                    

To spearhead the Social Media presence across all O&L Leisure accounts, driving the execution of content calendars, fostering growth in social media engagement, and effectively managing our online communities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Social Media Marketing, Communication, Business or related fields.
  • 4-6 years’ experience in a Social Media Management role or similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Knowledge of Meta Campaign execution and management will be an advantage.
  • Weekly and Monthly in-depth reporting of all platforms, including insights on growth opportunities.
  • Driver's license

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop and lead the implementation of the social media marketing strategy to deliver a cohesive brand experience across all channels aligned to the marketing objectives and goals.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and events to enhance engagement and boost brand awareness.     
  • Design and deliver a coordinated process (content calendars, content creation timelines and processes) where all aspects of the agreed social media marketing strategy are implemented to ensure an integrated brand experience for all properties.                                                                  
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to recommend social media marketing strategies to drive traffic, and increase customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.                     
  • Own and uphold the consistent implementation of the brand's Corporate Identity (CI) across all platforms.
  • Develop and manage the Social Media style guide, policy, and best practice guidelines to safeguard the brand's reputation and legal interests on social media channels.                
  • Collaborate with relevant Lines of Business/segments to cultivate social media communities beyond provided platforms, engaging in interactive conversations with guests & stakeholders.
  • Manage all social media accounts including daily posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.             
  • Compile monthly reports on social media performance, analyzing key statistics, insights, and trends. Present reports to the Leadership Team with actionable recommendations for optimization and improvement.              
  • Work closely with Brand X, freelancers, and influencers to expand our social media reach and partnerships.
