PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To provide customer service by packing all customers’ purchased products speedily and assisting at the frontline in order to enhance customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• National Senior Level Certificate.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Pack all customers’ goods separately, according to the different categories.
• Avail trolleys and baskets at the store entrance for customer convenience.
• Provide friendly customer service at all times.
• Attend to handling customer queries.
• Get correct prices for items which are not priced or do not scan correctly at the till point.
• Relief and assist in all areas during periods of absence or crisis.
