PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To execute, administer and coordinate Hartlief trade marketing plan by providing excellent operational and logistical support to the Hartlief Sales & Marketing teams to contribute to the achievement of sales volume and market share.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma is Sales & Marketing
  • 3 Years’ experience FMCG Sales/Marketing/Trade Marketing
  • Proficient in Cost Centre Management and relevant SAP experience
  • A valid code B/BE driver’s license

 

KEY JOB OUTPUTS:

  • Contribute to the development of BTL trade execution plan including marketing campaigns, in store activations and events in line with brand activity calendars
  • Drive BTL execution standards in line with the Channel Plans
  • Co-ordinate the end-to-end sourcing process for BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing assets in line with the brand plans including RFQ submission, vendor selection, approval process and generating SAP PRs for BTL marketing material
  • Co-ordinate vendor delivery of BTL elements OTIF for timeous distribution to sales teams to support OTIF execution
  • Prepare Trade Briefs/Rep’s info pages to support BTL execution          
  • Deliver trade executions OTIF for all brand campaigns/activities supporting the overall brand/campaign plans
  • Evaluate and report on promotional executions and effectiveness to ensure execution compliance
  • Train and brief merchandisers regarding merchandising compliance
  • Conduct regular trade visits to ensure merchandising compliance and support sales teams with outcomes/opportunities identified
  • Responsible for the BTL budget, reporting any over/under expenditure
  • Assist the Marketing department in formulating and implementing BTL projects.
  • Provide marketing project support during the development of new products on the allocated brands
  • Execute regional events to support, promote and build the brands
