PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To maximise value added service revenue at Model stores primarily focusing on Model Mooove by managing the relationship between Model, E-store Customers and various VAS service providers and by providing training and development to all frontline store staff to continuously up sell VAS at the frontline and on Model Mooove! Website.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in E-commerce and logistics and website management would be an advantage
- Experience in retail VAS (value added services) environment,3-year experience in website platforms.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Uphold the relationship with all the stores, VAS service providers, platform programmer and ARCH, and Customers.
- Attend to after-hours queries and assistance with VAS and Model Mooove! sales when needed.
- Daily checking of the Model Mooove! Dashboard for all orders at the different stores, to ensure proper execution for on-time delivery or collections. Check-in with stores to ensure replacements of products and out of stocks are attended to, and communication to the customers.
- Monthly extracting of reports from the E-store platform and Arch Enterprise (monthly sales, deliveries, average basket sizes, registered customer) exporting to excel to be provide to E-commerce Manager for checking and for monthly feedback to FD.
- Participate in the roll-out of new technology upgrades for ARCH, Mobipay, E-store and Webtickets systems in Namibia for all Model stores.
- Attend to all Operations, Scheduling and Training for Deliveries throuhg ARCH Driver App.
- Overall operations of the Model Mooove! E-store by daily managing of the platform (Checking orders, sending emails to store, confirm payments, managing drivers for deliveries)
- Identify initiatives with regards to all aspects of the Model Mooove! platform and Dashboard and discuss with E-Commerce Manager to drive and implement on new initiatives that will improve profitability e.g., faster delivery execution, automated reporting and any E-store related initiatives.
- Be responsible for the quality, customer services relating to email/telephone/whatsapp correspondence, solving small to medium queries, high end queries such as refunds, unreasonable customers, incorrect payments, possible credit card fraud should be escalated to E-Commerce Manager for approval.
