PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:  

 

To assist in Warehouse operations with regards to handling filled boxes/bottles onto pallets/crates as well as receiving and dispatching stock according to defined procedures in order to optimize the accurate and timely delivery of materials.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

 

•    Grade 12 certificate 
•    A minimum of 1 year working experience in warehousing.

 

KEY ACOUNTABILITIES:

 

•    Assist with receiving designated stock in conjunction with the Team Leader Cooler 
•    Receive finished products from the conveyer and pack in designated area 
•    Assist with dispatching of designated stock to the factory shop daily and as when required 
•    Do stock rotation when receiving and dispatching stock according to FIFO 
•    Conduct daily stock take and as when required or requested by the Supervisor Dispatch or Supervisor Cooler.  
•    Give prompt response on reservations and on any issues arising to ensure good quality service.
•    Ensure crates are properly loaded and packed in the Cooler.
•    Adhere to all Health and Safety Rules and regulations
•    Keep designated store area organized and clean at all times
