Exciting Opportunity: XT Learnership Program (18 Months)

 

Mach10 (Pty) Ltd, a leading Namibian-managed ICT solutions provider (formerly Dimension Data Namibia), is offering an incredible opportunity for young, passionate, and ambitious individuals to join our XT Learnership Program.

This 18-month development program is designed to build the next generation of ICT professionals through intensive training, practical exposure, and real-world experience in enterprise environments.

 

Program Overview

The XT Learnership Program offers a comprehensive learning journey across:

  • Phase 1 (First 6 Months): Foundational training and certification in A+, N+, Server+, and Windows.
  • Phase 2 (Remaining 12 Months): Specialization in one of the following areas:
    • Server Administration
    • Desktop Support
    • Network Engineering
    • Security

 

Participants will gain hands-on experience in live IT environments, including data centers, corporate networks, and end-user systems — under the mentorship of industry professionals.

 

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Namibian citizenship is required.
  2. Successfully completed Grade 11 (NSSCOOL) and/or Grade 12 (NSSCAS) in 2024 or 2025, with Computer Studies, Mathematics, and English as subjects.
  3. Between 18 and 21 years old as of January 2026.
